Work Terms

AVAILABILITY:
30+ hours per week for project work. Typical response time: within 4 hours during business hours (CET timezone, 9 AM - 6 PM).

PAYMENT TERMS:
I work with Guru's SafePay escrow system for all projects:
- Hourly projects: Weekly invoicing through Guru
- Fixed-price projects: Milestone-based payments (typically 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% upon completion)
- Minimum project budget: $250

COMMUNICATION:
- Prefer: Guru messaging for project management and updates
- Available for: Video calls for project kickoffs and complex discussions (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Response time: Within 4 hours on weekdays, 24 hours on weekends
- Status updates: Daily for active projects, weekly for ongoing retainers

PROJECT PROCESS:
1. Discovery call (15-30 min) to understand requirements
2. Detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and deliverables
3. Agreement on milestones and payment schedule
4. Regular updates throughout development
5. Testing phase with your involvement
6. Delivery with complete documentation
7. Post-delivery support period (typically 7-14 days)

WHAT I PROVIDE:

- Video walkthroughs when needed

REVISIONS:
Included in project scope (typically 2-3 rounds). Additional revisions billed hourly at standard rate.

REFUND POLICY:
If deliverables don't match agreed specifications, I'll fix them at no additional cost. If project cannot be completed due to technical limitations discovered during work, unused milestone payments are refunded.

For automation projects, client typically provides:
