Work Terms

Payment

I work on a 50% upfront, 50% on delivery basis for new clients. SafePay through Guru is preferred — it protects both of us.
Revisions

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes are billed at my hourly rate.
Turnaround

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days depending on project size. Rush delivery (under 48 hrs) is available for a 25% surcharge.
File Delivery

Final files are delivered in all formats you need (PNG, PDF, SVG, AI/PSD source files). Files are sent via Guru's file sharing system upon final payment.
Communication

I'm available Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–8 PM PKT. I respond to messages within 1-2 hours during working hours.
Ownership

Full copyright of the final design transfers to you upon receipt of final payment. Work-in-progress files remain my intellectual property until that point.
