Work Terms

Availability and Hours

• Full time availability on Guru, Monday to Friday
• Response time: within a few hours on weekdays, within 24 hours on weekends

Communication

• Preferred channels: Guru messaging for all project communication and deliverables, plus Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for live calls
• Weekly written status update on every active project, with what was delivered, what is next, and any risks or blockers
• Daily standups on request for active sprint style engagements
• Working language: English (written and spoken)

Scope and Revisions

• Fixed scope and fixed price agreed in writing before work starts
• Up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions per milestone included in the agreed price
• Out of scope requests estimated and quoted separately before any additional work begins
• Clear definition of done on every milestone, linked to demonstrable acceptance criteria

Code, IP, and Confidentiality
