Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT). I may also be available on weekends for urgent tasks or scheduled project work.

Communication
I maintain clear and prompt communication through Guru messages for active projects. I usually respond within a few hours during working hours.

Payment Terms
I prefer working through Guru SafePay with milestone-based payments to ensure transparency and security for both parties. Work begins once the milestone is funded.

Project Updates
Clients receive regular progress updates and demos at key stages to ensure the project stays aligned with requirements.

Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope to ensure client satisfaction.

Project Requirements
To start a project, clients should provide complete project requirements, design files (if available), and necessary details to hosting, APIs, or related services.

Support
I provide post-delivery support for bug fixes related to the delivered work.
