Our team specializes in web, mobile, and app development services. We also offer in-depth digital strategies suited for any direction you want your business to take. We make things easier, more efficient, and more convenient. We are based in Cebu City, Philippines. Our name is a portmanteau of the words web development and masaya, which means happiness in Filipino. For us at Webdevsaya, it is in our nature to give people happiness.

Work Terms
All concepts, designs and code are 100% owned by you once all project fees have been paid for in full (until payment they are copyright to us).
1.30% deposit shall be paid before developed.
2.Deposits not refundable under any circumstances.
3. 35% of the total agreement sum must be paid as compensation if agreement is canceled.
Payment should be in Cash, Paypal or Bank Account.
