Work Terms

Thank you for considering working with me. Below are my standard working terms to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration:
1. Project Process

I will start work after receiving clear project requirements and dataset(s).
A detailed project plan or milestone breakdown will be provided before starting.
Regular updates will be shared during the project.

2. Revisions

Basic Package: 1 revision round
Standard Package: 2 revision rounds
Premium Package: 3 revision rounds
Additional revisions will be quoted separately.

3. Delivery Format

All work delivered with full Python source code (Jupyter Notebook where applicable).
Final reports in PDF + Word format.
Interactive dashboards and model files included as required.

4. Communication

I am available via Guru messaging.
Response time: Within 12–24 hours (usually much faster).
Weekly updates for long-term projects.

5. Data Confidentiality

All client data and project information will be kept strictly confidential.
I do not share or use your data for any other purpose.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment required before project delivery for packages under $300.
Milestone payments available for larger projects (via Guru’s SafePay).
All payments processed securely through Guru.

7. Turnaround Time

Delivery times are clearly stated in each package.
Rush orders are possible depending on my current workload (extra fee may apply).

8. Refund Policy

No refunds after work has started, except in cases where I cannot deliver as agreed.

9. Post-Delivery Support

7 days of free support after delivery for questions and minor adjustments (Premium package gets 14 days).
