I have worked throughout the US as well as most of Latin America as well as China. My experience with over 300+ companies in multiple industries gives me the uncommon ability to bring best practices from many industries to small businesses. I am a great trainer, collaborator and honest to a fault. I don't waste clients' time and money by generating documents that are not actionable. I have run businesses, worked for software developers and software VAR's as well as consulting companies so I know what challenges each organization faces.
Work Terms
I bill on a T&M basis for consulting hours unless a fixed fee is required. All expenses are billable based on my cost. I am happy to travel but always keep the client's budget in mind when going on-site. I will work 6 days a week if needed.
