I have always loved making things work for people. Helping solve problems, untangle confusing situations and make things easier for people always come naturally to me. It has been a driving force to all the skills I have had to acquire, places and people I have worked or worked for.

During the course of my 5+ year career, I have worked in customer experience, operations, technical support, and account management. The wealth of experience gathered in the course of my career guides me in delivering the best service to the clients that I work with and entrust their business needs to me.

I have worked with quite a number of client including organisations, businesses and individuals, providing different business needs as they need. my portfolio of companies I have worked with, worked for or directly or indirectly provided services for including but not limited to PwC, Cross Boundary, Regus, B-natural etc in different sectors including health care, real estate, hospitality and tourism, accounting and audit, retail, etc.

When it comes to work and delivering value, I have gained that over the years, what comes first is value and naturally money comes along. When I work with my clients, I ensure that they are getting the best result possible, which has always led to them being repeat customers. I prioritise relationships in place of anything else, because that is the real currency. Trust is vital in maintaining business partnerships and alliance and I ensure to gain that with ever client that I work with, ensuring they see value in my delivery and positive change in their business.

Asides work, I love sports (particularly football, badminton, and basketball), movies and music.

Work Terms

Payment Terms:

Hourly rate: $20/hour (minimum 1-hour charge per task).

Payments accepted via PayPal, Guru Payments, and bank transfers.

A 50% deposit is required upfront for new projects. Remaining payment is due upon completion of the project or at agreed-upon milestones.

Invoices will be sent bi-weekly with detailed reports of hours worked.

Late payments are subject to a 5% fee after 7 days past the due date.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM (CET)

Available for urgent tasks on weekends by prior arrangement.

I typically respond to messages within 1-2 hours during business hours.

Communication Style:

Preferred tools: Electronic-mail, Teams or Zoom (whichever works best for you).

I will provide regular updates throughout the project, typically at the end of each milestone or on a weekly basis.
