Work Terms

Business Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT)
Weekend support available for active projects when required.

Communication:
We maintain clear and professional communication throughout every project. Clients can communicate through Guru, email, video meetings, WhatsApp, or other agreed channels.

Project Process:

1. Requirements discussion and project planning.
2. Proposal and timeline confirmation.
3. Development and milestone delivery.
4. Testing, revisions, and deployment.
5. Ongoing support and maintenance if required.

Payment Terms:
Projects may be structured as fixed-price contracts or hourly engagements depending on scope. Milestone-based payments are preferred for larger projects.
