Work Terms

As an an offshore development company we recognize the need for our employees to have superior communication skills which helps them work in close collaboration with our clients across the globe.

We hire qualified professionals from reputed engineering and management institutions with proven records of software development. The work platforms are maintained using expert professional advice to help the team deliver with accuracy and efficiency.

We follow a transparent development approach that keeps our clients updated on the progress on a regular basis to ensure that the progress is in line with the expectations of the clients. We assign experienced resources with superior speaking/writing skills who communicates with our clients on a regular basis via Emails, Skype, Telephone, etc.

Depending on the nature and type of project we offer work on Fixed Cost, and Time and material basis.

For Fixed Cost projects our standard payment terms are as follows:

25% paid on project initiation and resource mobilization
25% paid on completion of Requirement Analysis
25% paid on completion of Development and unit testing
20% paid on project completion
5% paid on warranty completion

We define the deliverable for each milestone at the time of finalizing the project. We take signed off Requirement Specification document as the base document and any modification/addition requested during other phases will be treated as Change request.

For projects that requires work to be done on Time and Material basis we work using tracker to track hours being utilized for development in real time. Once the team starts working, real time screenshots are captured at random intervals and are sent to the clients which helps them get a good idea of progress being made. Time sheets are accordingly generated for the recorded hours and are sent to the clients on weekly basis which they can review and approve, and accordingly process the payment.
The T&M rate varies between 12-15 USD/hr.
