Work Terms
Fees – The fees reflect the Scope of Work in its entirety, broken down into installments over the campaign period.
Billing practices – The project begins after a 40% deposit is provided to me. Then three 20% deposits at specific times, in order to begin the next set of work. If a deposit is not received on the scheduled day, work does not begin the following morning.
How we work – I will work remotely and I am always available to answer questions, address concerns and facilitate communication between the team and yours.
Termination – If you are not happy with how the project is proceeding, just give us a call and let us know. We will cease work. But please provide a written statement addressed to me for my records with a brief explanation as to why you wish to terminate the project. There are no penalties for terminating work, as each deposit is intended to commence new work.
