Freelance Work Terms - SEO & Graphic Design Services

1. Project Scope & Deliverables:
I will provide a clear outline of the services to be delivered, including SEO strategy, on-page & off-page optimization, keyword research, graphic design assets (logos, social media posts, banners), and any other custom requirements. All deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.

2. Timeline:
Project timelines will vary based on the scope. For SEO, expect a minimum of 2-4 weeks for initial results. For design work, typical projects range from 3-7 days depending on complexity.

3. Communication:
I prioritize open and consistent communication**. We'll use email, Slack, or other preferred communication platforms for updates, feedback, and project discussions.

4. Payment:
A **50% deposit is required upfront for new projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Revisions & Feedback:
I offer **two rounds of revisions** for design work. SEO services will be continuously adjusted based on analytics and performance, with regular updates provided.

6. Confidentiality:
I respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any proprietary information will remain secure and not be shared with third parties.

**7. Cancellation & Refunds:**
Cancellation is possible with a 10% cancellation fee before the project starts. Once the project is in progress, refunds are not available, but adjustments will be made based on feedback.
