Work Terms
- Fixed Price Model: Divide whole project in different Milestone.
- Hourly: Minimum $10/Hr
- Men - Machine Model: Dedicate developer or team allocation for project on per month fixed cost.
Payment terms
- We will work only through Guru Safepay system and milestone will be decided on mutual agreement with client.Outer payment in any form will not be entertained
Communication and Support
- We are available online 24*7 except Sundays and public holidays
- We provide post project support as per project requirements .Generally it is 10 days but can vary with scope of project.
- We are easily available on Skype ,MSN,Gmail,Email,Phone to provide quality support to our client.
- We believe in clear and fast communication and hope same from our clients.
Other Aspects
- We start work once project awarded to us officially via Guru.com.
- No sample work request will be entertained if budget is less than $200
- We provide regular project updates ,if anything varies client can report same to us .
- We offer 25% discount to all clients for all future projects.
- We will provide 10 days full support and 1 month post project support for all minor modifications .Further support will be provided at discount rates .
