Work Terms
I provide Arduino code development, Embedded C programming, project consultancy, simulation support, and technical documentation.
Hardware fabrication, physical wiring, PCB manufacturing, and component procurement are NOT included.
Services are either code-only or consultation-based, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
To begin any project, the client must provide:
Clear project description/problem statement
Microcontroller/platform (Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, etc.)
List of sensors/modules (if already decided)
Functional expectations (inputs, outputs, logic flow)
Deadline and academic/commercial purpose
⚠️ Work will start only after all requirements are received.
Each package includes limited revisions
Revisions apply only to the original agreed scope.
Major changes or new features will be charged additionally.
Code will be delivered in .ino / .c / .h files with comments.
Documentation (if included) will be provided in PDF or DOC format.
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and the request.
100% advance payment is required before project initiation.
For large or custom projects, milestone-based payments may be applied.
Payments once made are non-refundable after work has started.
Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the delivered code.
I retain the right to:
Reuse generic logic concepts
Showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio (without revealing client identity).
All client information and project details are treated as strictly confidential.
NDA can be signed upon request.
Communication is done via platform chat.
Post-delivery support is limited to the scope defined in the package.
Extended support or training sessions are available at an additional cost.
For student projects:
I provide guidance, code reference, and explanations
I do not promote plagiarism or unethical academic use.
By placing an order or hiring me, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
