Work Terms
PAYMENT TERMS
- Project-Based
For fixed-price projects, I require a SafePay fund deposit before work commences. Milestone payments are preferred for long-term projects.
- Hourly-Based
For Data Entry or Virtual Support, I use the Guru Time Tracker or agreed-upon weekly logs.
Invoicing
-Payments are processed securely via Guru.com.
COMMUNICATION
Availability : Monday – Friday (9 AM - 6 PM GMT+7).
I prefer using the Guru Message Center for all project-related communications to maintain a clear record of requirements and updates.
Response Time : I typically respond within 2-4 hours during business hours.
DATA ENTRY & TECH SUPPORT TERMS
- Confidentiality
As a Computer Science graduate, I prioritize data security. I am open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) if required.
- Accuracy
I provide a 100% accuracy guarantee. Any minor data discrepancies found within 48 hours of delivery will be corrected free of charge.
- Tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), Google Workspace, Notion, and various CMS platforms.
DIGITAL ART & ILLUSTRATION TERMS
- Workflow
Sketch - Lineart/Flat Color - Final Render.
- Revisions
3 major revisions are included during the Sketch Stage. Once the final rendering phase begins, only minor color adjustments are accepted.
- Copyright
1. For personal commissions, the artist retains the IP.
2. For commercial projects (e.g., Webtoons, Book Covers), a buyout fee or specific licensing agreement applies.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable if the project has not been started. Once the first milestone or sketch is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable.
