Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation & Availability:
Available for both short-term contracts and long-term project engagements.
Working hours are flexible to accommodate international client time zones, with standard availability between 08:00 AM – 09:00 PM EAT (East Africa Time / UTC+3).
2. Communication Style:
Frequent & Transparent: You will receive regular progress updates at every key milestone to ensure full alignment.
Channels: All primary project communication, file transfers, and agreements are handled via the Guru Work Room. Video/audio consultations (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) can be scheduled upon request.
Response Time: Within 3 to 12 hours.
3. Payment Terms (SafePay):
Milestone-Based: Payments are structured around clear, agreed-upon project deliverables using Guru’s SafePay escrow system.
Funding: SafePay must be funded for the active milestone prior to work commencement.
4. Quality & Support:
Includes a 14-day free support window following final delivery for bug fixes, minor adjustments, and deployment assistance.
