conscientious personalities, also good at coordination with clients, staffs, suppliers and cooperators, in
possession of some successful experiences in issues management, and ability to communicate, consult
and negotiate. Meanwhile, have ability to research, assess complex information and determine the
importance, then with skill in analysis of complex issues both for public and private in short time, and
formulating recommendations for management and improvement.

For company, I totally have more than 15 years execution and management experiences related to
HR, administration, sales, customer service, products, projects, financial staffs, translators, technicians,
and supply chains, including 8 years in top management. Also have been an experienced professional
in customer service, sales, business development and marketing, and project management in the
translation industry since 2006. While, I have been engaged in IT industry for 10 years, translation
industry for 8 years, and consulting industry for 5 years (Sometimes, three industries were being done
during the same period of time ）.
