Delivering Professional Quality Service is my main priority and I believe in working hard to see results.

I am skilled with over 10 years’ experience in Administrative, Human Resources, Payroll, Data Entry, Customer Service, and Admin Assistant, as well as related to my experience and qualifications as I have experience in Admin & HR. Some of the tasks undertaken by me are as follows:-

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Attendance & Payroll
• Cold Calling candidates for interviews and convincing them to attend interviews
• Data Entry and Maintaining / updating the same
• Dealing with irate customers and replying to customer feedback on web portals
• Making reschedule and arrange appointments for the GM.
• Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.

You will also find me quiet flexible in whatever task you give, as long as there are instructions, I can easily learn and PERFORM . I love the challenges of meeting deadlines and ensure that my Clients are delighted with my exceptional work.
