Growing up I played 4 sports (Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Track) When I turned 15 years old I found a love for the science behind fitness and I wanted to learn more about it so that I can educate people like myself and help them reach the potential I know they can hit.
I have been educating people about fitness for the last 2 years now and I am exited to say that I won't be stopping any time soon.
The biggest thing I learned was "Train smart, not hard" When I heard about this I immediately dove deeper into recovery and physical therapy to help further my skill set.
I helped an aspiring soccer player gain 15 pounds of muscle in just 3 months time, this athlete is now a starting varsity athlete as a Junior in high school and is a lot faster and stronger which is appealing to college coaches.
Another athlete I have coached was someone a little older just looking to get into better shape. I turned his dad bod into a dream bod in just a short 6 months. He lost over 35 pounds of fat in these short 6 months and is now in the best shape of his life.
