Availability
I work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). I usually respond to messages within 2 business hours.

I handle full ownership of development and management tasks, delivering well-tested, documented work that is easy to maintain.
Turnaround Time
- Small tasks: 3–7 business days
- Standard features or milestones: 1–3 weeks
-Full projects: 4–12 weeks depending on complexity
Payment Terms
I prefer milestone-based payments through Guru’s SafePay system (typically 25–30% upfront, then tied to deliverables). Final payment is released upon project acceptance. Monthly billing applies for ongoing support.
Communication
I maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with structured updates, demos, and reports. Clients receive honest feedback on risks and opportunities throughout the project.
