Work Terms

Work begins with a clear written scope, deliverables, assumptions, required inputs, timeline, and acceptance criteria. New requirements, hidden legacy defects, third-party service limitations, or production work outside the agreed scope are assessed and quoted separately. Fixed-price milestones are preferred for clearly defined outcomes; hourly work is recorded and billed only for authorised time. Payments should use Guru SafePay or the agreed platform payment method. Deliverables include appropriate testing, documentation, and handover evidence. Client data and credentials are handled only through approved secure channels.
