I have been engaged in website development for 8 years. In the early days, I took on everything, including corporate official websites, mini-programs, and H5 event pages. Later, I realized that what I was best at and enjoyed most was developing medium to large-sized Web applications - those with business logic, data flow, and requiring careful consideration of architecture.
The main technology stack I currently use is Next.js + Node.js + PostgreSQL, with TailwindCSS for the frontend and REST or GraphQL for the backend, depending on the scenario. Deployment is generally done on AWS or Vercel. I'm not an expert in everything, but these are the tools I use every day and they are quite reliable.
What is the experience like working with me:
I will first take the time to understand what you need to be done, rather than immediately starting to code once you present the task to me
Progress is synchronized weekly, not the type that disappears for two weeks after payment
I'll handle both frontend and backend deployment, so you don't need to find three more people to work on the interfaces
If there are any issues after going live, I will address them, rather than just handing over and running away

In terms of pricing, the MVP project typically starts at $1,000, depending on its complexity. It can be charged on a project-by-project basis or by the hour.

Work Terms

Business hours:
Every day from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. I will respond to all new inquiries within 24 hours. If you need me to work on weekends, please arrange in advance.
Payment terms:
Payments are processed securely through Guru SafePay. For projects exceeding $500, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% paid upon final delivery. For long-term projects, a milestone-based payment method is preferred. If the agreed scope and timeline are not met, I will provide a full refund.
Communication:
I primarily communicate through Guru messages to ensure that all matters are in a traceable state. In case of emergencies, you can reach out to me via email or by scheduling a call (Zoom/Google Meet). I provide weekly progress updates and respond to customer feedback within 12 to 24 hours.
Additional notes:
Each project includes a maximum of two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged on an hourly basis. A confidentiality agreement can be provided upon request.
