Add Funds in SafePay

You can add funds to SafePay using funds in Cash Account or your preferred payment method. You can also enable AutoFund if you wish to fund SafePay automatically.

Adding Funds Manually

To add funds manually:

  1. Select the job title under the “Manage” section.
  2. Select the Freelancer to enter the WorkRoom.
  3. Go to “SafePay” and click on “Add Funds.”
  4. Enter the amount you want to add.
  5. Confirm the request by clicking on, “Add Funds.”

Using AutoFund

How to turn on AutoFund:

  1. Select the job from the “Manage” section.
  2. For the relevant Freelancer, turn on the toggle that says “AutoFund”.
  3. Once enabled, AutoFund will automatically add funds to SafePay based on the terms that were set at the Agreement stage.
