Our platform is geared to deliver a successful freelancing experience. However, in case of a disagreement between the Employer and the Freelancer, we offer Arbitration service.
Arbitration is only available where there are funds in SafePay. Once you request Arbitration, our team reviews the Agreement, any job expectations set, communication between the two parties, and the delivered work.
During Arbitration, both parties have the option to provide additional evidence or comments in the WorkRoom for the arbitrators to consider. Once a ruling is reached, the funds in SafePay are distributed and you receive an email with a link to view the details of the arbitrator’s findings.
