During Arbitration, you can provide additional evidence in the job’s WorkRoom to support how you believe the SafePay funds should be distributed.
The process of Arbitration can last up to seven days and in order to give the arbitrators time to review all the information, we recommend that you submit any additional evidence within three days of opening Arbitration.
For example, you can submit the following as evidence:
- Any supplementary Agreement that you and your Employer accepted.
- Files or instructions that you received/shared.
- Screenshots of any discussion pertaining to your case.
- Completed work with notes on why it did or did not meet the agreed requirements.
