Project Summary


We are seeking an expert B2B Lead Generation Specialist with proven, hands-on experience in Apollo.io to build highly targeted prospecting lists and sequences. Our market is Construction Companies seeking Qualifier Contractors for licensing purposes. The ideal candidate will leverage Apollo's advanced filters and sequencing capabilities to deliver high-quality, pre-qualified leads.




Core Deliverables & Responsibilities


The primary goal is to deliver a consistent, high-quality pipeline of contacts that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • 1. Targeted List Building in Apollo.io:

    • Design and execute advanced search queries in Apollo.io to identify Construction Companies based on industry, size, and location (e.g., target companies expanding to new states).



    • Filter and pinpoint specific decision-makers using titles like Director of Compliance, VP of Operations, Owner, President, and Contracts Manager (as discussed).

    • Apply Boolean logic and Apollo's Keyword/Persona filters to identify leads actively involved in licensing, RME, RMO, or compliance.

  • 2. Sequence Development & Management:

    • Develop and A/B test engaging, personalized multi-step email sequences directly within Apollo.io (including automated follow-ups and manual tasks for calls/LinkedIn).

    • Ensure all sequences are optimized for high deliverability and low bounce rates.

  • 3. Data Management & Hygiene:

    • Verify contact information (emails/phones) using Apollo's verification tools to ensure list accuracy.



    • Clean, enrich, and maintain the lead list, exporting or integrating data with our CRM (if applicable).

  • 4. Performance Reporting:
