Convert 2D DXF Drawing to 3D STL Files

We need a 2D AutoCAD DXF drawing converted into accurate 3D solid models and exported as STL files.

The assembly consists of three parts:
Handle — the operable lever
Base — the mounting base that the handle turns within
Keeper — the receiving/catch component

What we're providing:

A 2D DXF file (AutoCAD 2018 format) (PDF ATTACHED) covering all three parts, including profile geometry and dimension annotations
Reference photos attached of the finished physical assembly for visual confirmation (curves, features, and proportions)

What we need:

True 3D solid models built from the DXF profiles and dimensions (not flat extrusions — these parts have real depth, curvature, and features visible in the photos that go beyond the 2D outlines)
Two delivery formats:
Assembled version: Handle + Base combined into one STL, plus the Keeper as a separate STL (2 files total)
Fully separated version: Handle, Base, and Keeper each as their own individual STL file (3 files total)

We'd also appreciate the native 3D CAD files (STEP, SLDPRT, or F3D) if your software produces them, in addition to the STLs

Ideal candidate:

Experienced with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar parametric CAD software
Comfortable interpreting 2D drafting/dimension conventions and translating them into functional 3D geometry
Able to reference photos to infer real-world features (fillets, draft, wall thickness, cam profile geometry) not fully captured in the 2D drawing
Prior experience with hardware/mechanical parts, door/window hardware, or similar cam/lever mechanisms is a plus

Process:

We share the DXF and reference photos
You confirm scale/units and flag any ambiguous dimensions or features before modeling
You deliver a 3D model + STL for our review
One round of revisions included to true up any dimensional discrepancies
