I need someone experienced with creating learning management systems for students, teachers, administrators, etc. I have the curriculum. You must have the capability to take the curriculum and create the digital content. I also want someone experienced with creating graphics so as I create additional course content, you can create suitable graphics and creatively format the pages. Each course is approximately 20 to 25 pages in length. I have approximately 30 individual courses. These courses will be grouped into three levels (i.e., similar to beginner, intermediate, and advanced)
I need you to provide the following:
1. The software application you will use to create the LMS.
2. The software application you will use to create the graphics.
3. Sample portfolio showing the content before and the digital content after.
4. Estimate of time it will take to create the system.
5. Provide weekly status updates.
6. Provide estimated cost
7. As an LMS creator, I expect you to guide me throughout the development of my LMS system.
8. I need you to sign a confidentiality agreement and/or non-disclosure agreement.
9. I expect the LMS will include the standard requirements for any LMS system to include at a minimum: course full name/short name, course category, ability to hide course until start date/Hiding course upon end date, Course start date, Course end date, Calculate the end date from the number of sections, Course ID number, Description, Course summary, Course image, Course format, Hidden sections, Course layout, Appearance, Number of announcements, Show gradebook to students, Show activity reports, Files and uploads, Maximum upload size, PDF font, Completion tracking, Groups, Group mode, Default grouping, Tags, Course custom fields, Site administration settings, etc.
