- Position Title: Freelance - Khebrati Cybersecurity GRC SME
- Start Date: End of Sep Aprox.
- Duration: 12 Months
- Probation Period: 90 Days
- Employment Type: Freelance (Remote)
- Payment Structure: Percentage based on the number of interviews and consultations completed.
- Percentage agreements apply as per subscription category (see details below).
Roles:
- Technical Assessment Oversight
- Review and validate technical answers One-Way Interview answers provided by candidates.
- Participate in scheduled technical interviews to assess candidate competencies.
- Complete the interview form and provide detailed feedback about the candidate's performance.
- Consultation Services
- Respond to scheduled consultations, either via platform, or virtual calls.
- Respond to consultations with accurate and professional guidance.
- Join consultation calls to provide tailored advice and recommendations to candidates.
- Interview and Assessment Management
- Maintain availability for all scheduled technical interviews within the Cybersecurity GRC domain.
- Ensure interviews and assessments are conducted professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate scoring and constructive feedback for each candidate.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Expertise in Cybersecurity GRC with skills including: GRC tool evaluation, security posture assessments, client interviews, maturity model analysis, integrated risk management, multi-framework mapping, executive summaries, remediation planning, cyber policy advisory, and control optimization.
- The SME should have knowledge of GRC Strategy & Roadmap Development, including cyber strategy alignment, roadmap development, and strategic risk prioritization. They should possess expertise in Policy, Procedure, and Standards Management, encompassing the development, review, and advisory aspects of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and industry standards such as ISO 27001 controls.
- SME should be proficient in Risk & Compliance Assessments, covering security posture assessments, risk identification and performing comprehensive gap assessments, including governance gap analysis.
- Knowledge of Incident Response (IR) Planning Advisory is also required, to offer guidance on and assess the robustness of incident response plans and related processes. The SME must understand Integrated Risk Management, including implementing multi-framework mapping, optimizing controls, and planning remediation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical answers and provide constructive feedback.
- Time management and punctuality for scheduled interviews and consultations.
- Familiarity with current industry trends and technological advancements in Cybersecurity GRC.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
Responsibilities: SME responsibilities will include:
- Conducting and validating technical assessments in Cybersecurity GRC.
- Participating in remote technical interviews and consultations in Cybersecurity GRC.
- Providing accurate scoring and constructive feedback for candidates.
- Responding to consultation requests via platform, or virtual calls.
Payment Details: Payments will be calculated based on the following percentage breakdown for each subscription category:
Khebrati offers a range of services with specific costs and SME payment allocations. The Rising Star Assessment is priced at $99, of which 10% is paid to the SME. The Emerging Pro Assessment costs $199, with 8% allocated to the SME. The Seasoned Expert Assessment, set at $299, provides the SME with 6%, while the Master Consultant Assessment at $399 includes an SME payment of 5%. In addition, the Platform Consultation is offered at $49, with 10% payable to the SME, and the Virtual Call Consultation is priced at $99, with 7% allocated to the SME.
Note: SME’s payment (percentage) will not be affected for any discount and promotion provided by Khebrati.
**The total payment will be made once monthly by the end of each month (payment release will be the last day of each month).
