Position: Federal Prospect Data Analyst (Research
& Enrichment Specialist)
Type: Contract | Remote | Long-term (for the right candidate)
Project Length: Ongoing, project-based work
What You’ll Be Doing
We run highly targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns to reach federal contractors. You will be responsible for fueling that entire system by preparing clean, enriched, structured company-level datasets from public sources.
Your core responsibilities:
- Pull company lists from DSBS and enrich with USAspending award history
- Match, merge, and deduplicate company records using UEI/CAGE/name+location
- Structure and clean files in Excel or Google Sheets (one company per row)
- Append contacts from DSBS, USAspending HCOs, and Apollo
- Format lists for upload into Lemlist, HubSpot, and LinkedIn workflows
- Ensure every dataset is error-free, cleanly formatted, and segmented by NAICS, certification, etc.
- Communicate clearly about deliverables, blockers, and questions
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets: merging, formulas, cleanup, structuring
- Experience building and enriching B2B lead/prospect lists
- Experience with DSBS, USAspending, or other structured public data
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear, professional communication in writing
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Lemlist, HubSpot, Apollo, or Instantly experience
- Familiarity with federal contracting terms (UEI, NAICS, 8a, SDVOSB, etc.)
- Background in sales data, CRM operations, or GovCon list segmentation
