Description:I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with a very simple but important task: preparing federal contractor research profiles using a templated prompt in GovTribe (a government contract data platform).
✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
I will provide you with a list of company names or UEIs (Unique Entity IDs)
For each company, you will input it into GovTribe AI using a prompt I provide
You will copy and paste the GovTribe AI output into a Google Doc
You will organize that document using my simple format so it's clean and ready to pass off
That’s it — no editing, no writing, no strategy required. Just clean research input/output.
🎯 Example Tasks:
Look up “Sjd&B, Inc.” in GovTribe AI using my template
Paste the results into a Loom Script Prep Doc
Label each section (Certifications, Awards, NAICS, Vehicles, etc.)
Repeat for 10–15 companies per week
⚙️ Tools You’ll Use:
GovTribe.com (I’ll give you access)
Google Docs
(Optional) Notion or Excel for tracking
📈 Ideal Candidate:
Can follow instructions with precision
Can do repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
Communicates clearly and consistently
Prior experience in research or data entry is a plus, but not required
💰 Compensation:
$3–$5/hour depending on experience
10–20 hours per week with potential to grow
Bonus for speed, accuracy, and consistency
🌎 Preferred Time Zone:
Open to all — flexible hours as long as daily progress is made
