Electrical Drafting - PLC upgrade

Project Overview:We are replacing the existing PLC in an oil dispensing truck with a new Coolmay EX3G-8100H HMI/PLC controller (model EX3G-8100H 44MRT 10AD2DA-A4 A4-WP S(4T16R)), which includes:
16 Digital Inputs (DI)
16 Digital Outputs (DO)
10 Analog Inputs (AI)
2 Analog Outputs (AO)
Integrated touchscreen HMI
The new HMI/PLC will be mounted inside the truck near the door, replacing the existing PLC located inside the main control panel. The old PLC will be removed and replaced with a series of terminal blocks, which will interface the existing field devices to the new PLC via 6-pair cables running between the panel and the HMI/PLC.
Scope of Work
Produce a complete wiring diagram package based on the provided single-line diagram and photos of existing equipment. The final deliverables should include:
1. Termination Drawings
Digital Inputs (DI): All field sensors and switches connected to X00–X32.
Digital Outputs (DO):
Solenoid valves (Y00–Y32)
Pump run relays
Analog Inputs (AI): Flow meters (5 units), labeled AI-01 to AI-08.
Analog Outputs (AO): Any connected devices.
Power Supply Diagram: Including 24V DC power distribution and protection.
2. Cable & Connection Details
Show all connections from field devices → terminal blocks → PLC terminals.
Include 6-pair interconnection cables between panel and HMI/PLC.
3. Labeling Requirements
Digital Inputs: X00–X32
Digital Outputs: Y00–Y32
Analog Inputs: AI-01 to AI-08
Analog Outputs: AO-01 to AO-02
4. Drawing Format
Software: AutoCAD (DWG) or any package capable of producing DXF files.
Paper Size: A3 layout.
Deliverables:
Native DWG/DXF files
PDF copies of all drawings
Provided Information:
Single Line Diagram (SLD)
Photos of existing system and equipment
PLC model and I/O details
Field device list (from photos and notes)
