Freelance Sales Support Assistant

Overview
 This role focuses on creating organized, client-ready ProSelect folders by reviewing and curating image selections according to provided guidelines.
This opportunity is ideal for an independent contractor who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of images.
Scope of Work
Review image galleries ranging from approximately 60–400 images per project
Curate and select the strongest images, narrowing galleries down to 20–40 final images based on provided selection criteria
Create and organize ProSelect folders for client viewing
Ensure all selected images meet quality and presentation standards
Prepare files so they are ready for scheduled use (based on provided timelines)
Perform basic quality checks before finalizing each project
Provide updates or flag any issues that may impact delivery
Preferred Experience
Experience with ProSelect or similar image presentation software
Strong eye for image selection (expression, composition, variety)
High attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable working efficiently through high-volume image sets
Familiarity with portrait photography workflows is a plus
Contractor Expectations
Operates independently and provides their own equipment and software
Manages their own workflow while meeting agreed-upon turnaround times
Completes projects based on defined deliverables and volume
Communicates proactively regarding progress, questions, or delays
Additional Information
Work is assigned on a per-project or per-batch basis, depending on volume
Each project consists of a defined number of images and expected output range
Compensation is aligned with project scope and volume
