We are seeking a highly experienced, full-cycle technical recruiter for an immediate, end-to-end hiring project. This is a high-priority, fixed-price engagement to hire four specialized technical roles, from initial sourcing through to a signed contract.
We need a proactive partner who can manage the entire recruitment lifecycle with speed and professionalism, starting today (Saturday, July 12th).
Your Mission (End-to-End Ownership):
This project is divided into two phases:
Phase 1: Sourcing & Shortlisting (Deadline: Tuesday 16 July fallback Thursday, July 18th)
Perform intensive sourcing via your network, passive outreach, and job ads to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage client-funded LinkedIn ads ($1-3/day per ad) on your profile. 3-6 adverts. Invoices daily rates and content to be confirmed
Screen all applicants, conduct initial technical/behavioral interviews, and verify resume accuracy.
Deliver a final, vetted shortlist of the top candidates for each role.
Phase 2: Interview, Offer & Closing (Post-Shortlist)
Schedule and coordinate final interviews between our team and the candidates.
Conduct detailed post-interview debriefs with both our team and the candidates to gather feedback.
Extend job offers to our chosen candidates.
Lead salary negotiations, agree on contract terms, and secure a signed agreement.
Conduct 2-3 professional reference checks for each final candidate before the contract is finalized.
The Roles & Target Monthly Compensation (USD):
1x Senior WordPress Developer: $700 / month
2x Junior WordPress Developers: $TBC / month
1x AI / MERN Specialist: $700-1000month. This specialist must have proven experience using AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate MERN stack development.
Target Candidate Profile:
Location: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or the Philippines.
Skills: Business-level English, positive "can-do" attitude, proven technical skills.
