Reddit Community Builder (AI Niche)

Role Overview
We are seeking a freelance Reddit Community Builder to support ongoing community engagement within AI-focused subreddits. This role is responsible for participating in relevant discussions, maintaining compliant Reddit accounts, and tracking engagement outcomes.

This is a long-term freelance engagement managed through Guru.

Scope of Work
The freelancer will be responsible for:
Managing 2–4 Reddit accounts used for community participation
Participating in discussions related to AI tools, AI companions, and adjacent topics
Writing 5–15 relevant, non-promotional comments per day, depending on subreddit activity
Ensuring all activity complies with subreddit rules and Reddit policies
Avoiding link drops, spam behavior, or promotional messaging
Monitoring competitor mentions and topic-level discussions
Providing weekly written summaries of activity and observations

Platform: Reddit
Focus: AI tools, AI companions, and related technology communities
Specific subreddits will be provided and adjusted over time

Freelancer Requirements
Proven experience participating in Reddit communities without account bans
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with subreddit moderation norms and posting rules
Ability to manage multiple accounts responsibly
Experience tracking engagement, keywords, or mentions
