📘 Role Overview
The selected trustee or institution will:
Serve as custodian or recipient of the specimen within a CRT framework.
Advise on CRT structure (CRAT vs. CRUT) aligned with donor goals and asset characteristics.
Draft and oversee trust documents in compliance with IRS, USPAP, and international standards.
Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to implement the trust.
Ensure regulatory compliance, including FATCA, FBAR, and cross-border asset protocols.
Educate stakeholders on trust mechanics, valuation strategy, and charitable impact.
