Senior Order & Quality Oversight

We are looking for an experienced freelance consultant to support higher-level order review and quality validation. This role focuses on complex orders, escalations, and ensuring final outputs align with our creative and operational standards.
Scope of Work
Review complex or high-priority orders for accuracy and completeness
Conduct final quality checks on artwork and order details
Identify issues and provide recommendations for resolution
Support consistency across projects by applying established guidelines
Communicate with stakeholders regarding revisions, clarifications, or approvals
Preferred Experience
Advanced experience in quality assurance, order management, or production workflows
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High attention to detail with ability to manage complex projects
Experience working with creative or custom product workflows is a plus
Contractor Expectations
Operates independently and determines their own workflow
Handles assigned projects with minimal oversight
Meets agreed timelines and quality benchmarks
Uses their own tools and systems unless otherwise specified
