We are hiring a Singapore-based freelance recruiter to source and manage qualified participants for an in-person consumer research focus group.
This is a contract-based role focused on participant recruitment and coordination, not study participation.
Scope of Work:
Recruit participants based on detailed screening criteria provided.
Ensure participants meet eligibility requirements and attend the session in person.
Coordinate confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows.
Deliver participants on the agreed schedule.
Requirements:
Must be currently based in Singapore.
Prior experience recruiting for market research, focus groups, or surveys.
Strong local networks (students, working professionals, parents’ groups).
Reliable communication and organizational skills.
Project Details:
Focus group topic: Consumer research (instant noodles).
Location: Paya Lebar area, Singapore.
Timeline: Early January (exact dates to be confirmed).
Compensation:
Paid per successfully recruited and attended participant.
