We are seeking a Skip Tracer / Research Assistant to help locate accurate ownership and contact information for commercial and multi-story properties.
What You’ll Do:
Research property ownership using public records, databases, and online tools
Identify landlords, property managers, or authorized decision-makers
Gather verified contact details (phone, email, business address)
Cross-check and validate data accuracy
Organize findings into structured reports or spreadsheets
Support outreach efforts by providing clean, actionable lead data
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in skip tracing, lead research, or data sourcing
Strong research and analytical skills
Familiarity with property records, business listings, or people-finder tools
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work discreetly and professionally
Nice to Have:
Experience researching commercial real estate or facility ownership
Understanding of how to identify true decision-makers
