Position: Outreach / Telemarketing Assistant
Type: Remote | Part-time to Full-time
Experience Level: Entry to Intermediate (experience preferred)
We are looking for a reliable and confident Outreach Assistant to help identify and connect with property owners and decision-makers for potential infrastructure partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
Reach out to property owners, landlords, and facility managers via phone, email, and online platforms
Introduce partnership opportunities (no selling of internet services)
Identify interest and qualify leads based on set criteria
Properly document conversations, contact details, and lead status
Escalate interested prospects to management for next steps
Maintain organized records of outreach activities
What You’re NOT Doing:
No hard selling
No closing contracts
No undercutting any sales teams
Your role is strictly lead identification and qualification.
What We’re Looking For:
Clear and confident communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and property managers
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
Previous telemarketing, appointment setting, or outreach experience is a plus
Able to work independently and report progress weekly
