Work directly with the QuickBooks program, at Puerto Rico I took a basic training on the system, but since I being working with it for several years my knowledge has being amplified. My experiences had been as a Administrative Assistant and Accounting Assistant. - Manage accounts: Work directly with corporate clients and serve as the main contact between them and the field operatives (mainly merchandisers) that fulfill the client’s needs. -Invoicing and payroll: In charge of timekeeping and payroll of over a hundred employees. Constant contact with account holders is key to carry out payroll each pay period for the staff assigned to me. -Marketing Department duties: Clerical duties, making sure the product of the month is already running on the merchandise items. -Supervise and train new recruits as well as keep track of the performance of all employees alike. -Advise clients and the senior staff of current trends and ways to better serve the company’s mission.
