Ensure jobs requiring account encoding and fixing are prioritized and completed within a reasonable time Inputting sales receipts, purchases, and expenditures including payments & collections in Xero.
Preparing Trial Balance and Fix out Preparing Aging Accounts Payables, input bank payments, making credit notes etc. Prepating Aging Accounts Receivables, inputting collection settled, making credit notes etc.
Bank Reconciliation and Prepare Bank Reconciliation Report, tick(check) reconciled & unreconciled outstanding payments & deposits to recognized.
BAS/GST and Taxation Preparation Conversion balances fixing Tags test matching fixing Payroll Preparation and Payroll adjustments(Weekly, fortnightly & Monthly) Payrun Preparation and matching (Weekly,fortnightly & Monthly) Entitlements Entries and adjustments (identify the used & unused leave)
