* Broad experience in Collection industry both for credit cards, telco and utility companies. * Experienced in managing data and doing collections at the same time * Able to negotiate a payment scheme that would benefit both the company and customer to sustain continuous income * Aware of the DNC law both for the US and Australian consumers * Expert in processing payments using DOS and/or web-based platforms * Ensure to provide a satisfactory service
