I have experienced for 2 years in the field of user support. Always enjoyed in the completion of obstacles, especially for users or customers. As a problem solver who has an ability to communicate in written and verbal with both of colleague and customer, also skilled of understanding the product knowledge, detail oriented, organized and patience. Familiarity and enjoy working with teams and across teams because I am always eager to learn new skills and advance my career. Now, I am looking for the new opportunity.
