Administration, Book-Keeper

I was most recently the credit controller for a portfolio of seven properties across London and was later promoted And re-located to a brand-new build in NW London with 550+ tenants. I was granted tenancy within the building to bond with tenants and become a familiar face. My duties included drawing up and issuing tenancy contracts, setting up financial information on the system, and ensuring financial deadlines were met each month. I efficiently managed to balance this role whilst being the sole Book-keeper for POP Brixton, carrying out reconciliations, bank transfers and sending out invoices daily. I enjoy working towards and exceeding set targets efficiently and consistently as an individual and in a team setting. I am confident using a variety of Accounting software packages as well as Microsoft Office. My best accomplishment to date was setting up and programming Logical Office, a client data base which uses work flows to assist in carrying out various Accountancy services. I studied the user manuals in my own time and taught my colleagues how to use the software.
