I have 20+ years experience in administrative and customer support related positions. Every administrative task, be it one for an internal co-worker or an external customer, is seen by me as something that is deserving the best experience possible. One can only deliver external service as well as they serve those inside the company. I learn systems and procedures very quickly, and have a black belt in Google and YouTube searching, so finding answers to questions come easily for me. My years of experience has included the extensive use of Google Drive, Microsoft Office products, various email clients (Gmail, Zendesk, Help Scout, to name a few), live chat clients, CRMs (Limelight, Freshdesk), and cloud-based phone systems (Five9 and RingCentral). I have been a virtual assistant to a couple of internet marketers to assist them with some backend duties that helped keep them organized and track notes from meetings, as well as transcribing recorded calls and podcasts. I have also been a freelance writer and editor that focused mostly on ghostwriting blog posts, website content for various industries and eBay Buying Guides. However, I do have a couple of sites where I was given credit as an author, and I'm happy to share those links upon request.
