To Whom It May Concern, my name is Brian Pearce, I’m a 26-year-old graduate of Front Range Community College where I earned my Associates Degree in 2012 and University of Colorado Denver where I graduated with honors in December of 2016 earning my Bachelors of Science in both Recording Arts and Music Business as a dual emphasis. My goal after graduation from the University of Colorado Denver is to secure a job within the entertainment industry. Eventually I hope to hold a position that will allow me to grow my expertise and gain more firsthand experience within the entertainment industry. I have experience in Live Sound, and I have had great jobs out of college that allowed me to gain insight into many aspects within the entertainment industry. I have worked as a merchandise booth operator and live sound engineer for multiple bands including The Proto What's, One Flew West, Red Fox Run and Chris Daniels and The Kings. Recently I was work as an Administrative Assistant / Live Sound Assistant for a music studio called Performance High in which I was responsible for scheduling new clients for lessons, scheduling music teachers lessons on a weekly basis, social media updates and announcements, live sound engineering as well as running lights for live concert events, shooting music videos, emailing newsletters, logistics for performance events, marketing, press releases, and many other administrative tasks. I also worked at home doing Data Entry for 8 years for various companies and have over a year of Inside Sales experience. I have excellent customer service skills and present a friendly outgoing demeanor professionally and socially. I hope to continue my education of live sound and the entertainment industry beyond my graduation from the University of Colorado and pursue my dreams of becoming a jack of all trades within the entertainment industry.
