 Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Data Entry
  • Email handling
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Online filing
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Handling payments and other accounting tasks;
  • Organize and coordinate fundraising events
