I have worked several freelance jobs that includes internet research, data collection, data management. I used to collect leads coming from several websites and compiling them. I usually gather their contact information based on the website's directory I also worked as a website administrator. I manage a website that monitor call center agent performance, schedules, employee information etc. I am receiving tickets from clients regarding bugs or errors existing in the website. There were also tickets that are requests for new features or reports generation. I research on these tickets asking them how it would run, where we could get the data from and how it should be displayed. I will then decide if this is feasible and if its within the policy. Afterwards, I forward this ticket to developers and assign it. I will then be the mediator between the client and the developer. The developer tells me what he needs and the progress of the task and I update the client about it.
