I have worked as a call center agent being a customer service rep and a tech support for Dell and HP for 6 years. I am knowledgeable when it comes to desktop/laptop software configuration and hardware repair. I used to assist people in fixing their computers over the phone including remote assistance by giving clear and concise instructions.
My last job before shifting to become a freelancer was an administrator at Xerox where I am managing, together with several developers, a website tool call centers use to monitor agent performance, schedules, quality etc. I worked with developers to supplement and maintain the tool and communicate with clients for further improvement and flexibility to suit their needs.
Work Terms
I prefer to work in the morning until the afternoon anywhere between 5am to 5pm GMT+8:00 with the weekends as off. But I can also work at night if the client needs me to match their time allotment.
Payment could be hourly on a per project basis.
Project payments will be subject to milestone payments.
